Get ready to elevate your pickleball game! Our Pickleball Conditioning Clinic is a 4-session program designed to take your skills to the next level. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced player, this program will help you improve your fitness level and performance on the court. You will work on a combination of strength, speed, and agility conditioning along with on the court skill development. Former Division 1 tennis player, and current Sportsplex personal trainer, Arlene Peters will be leading this clinic.

Advanced Beginner Drills Clinic
The objective of this clinic is to assess, identify, and begin to improve basic techniques as well as meet fellow ``advanced beginners''. Topics covered at each clinic will vary and include: dinking, serve/return of serve, 3rd shot drops/drives, blocking, lob returns, court positioning and strategy. The varied drills will run about 90 + minutes. The final 30 minutes will include games to reinforce skills covered in the drill sessions as well as to have fun!
