Group Fitness classes offer a variety for ages 13 and up, fitness levels and skill. Please refer to our list of class descriptions below for more information on our programs.

  • LES MILLS BODYCOMBATThis is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories in a class. No experience needed. Release stress have and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.
  • LES MILLS BODYBALANCEThis class is ideal for anyone and everyone. It is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind and your body. An inspired soundtrack plays during class as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You'll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.
  • LES MILLS BODYPUMPThe original barbell workout for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps) BodyPump™gives you a total body workout that burns calories by strengthening and toning each muscle group.
  • BARRE A soothing yet upbeat class of stretching and toning using influences from ballet. Fusing ballet moves with Pilates movements to form an elegant and effective full-body workout that will make you sweat; tone your muscles and centralize your balance.
  • BOOTCAMPThis is a interval training class that mixes calisthenics and bodyweight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every week these classes are designed to push participants harder than they'd push themselves and to always keep the body guessing.
  • COMMIT Dance Fitness is a dynamic fun-filled HIIT-style dance fitness workout that focuses on essential fitness elements created to a variety of popular music from all over the world that will inspire everyone to get moving.
  • INSANITYPacked with plyometric drills and relentless intervals of strength and power. The program also incorporates ab and core training techniques to help sculpt and tone the ultimate physique.
  • INTERVAL STRENGTH Offers cardio and strength moves done in alternating intervals.
  • PIYOCombine the strengthening benefits of Pilates with the flexibility enhancing effects of Yoga. This dynamic and energetic program is designed to provide a full-body workout without straining your body. All while set to music.
  • SENIOR CARDIO Aerobic exercise is the highlight of this class which features upper-body strength using hand-held weights and elastic tubing with handles along with other fun accessories in non-impact aerobic activity. A chair is available for support and easy head-to-toe stretching.
  • SENIOR STAND & SIT STRENGTH Something for everyone regardless of fitness level. Can help improve overall strength and flexibility helping you to stay healthy and independent. Go at your own pace.
  • SOULFUSIONA creative blend of yoga-inspired flows and short cardio bursts. Plus balances sequences and bodyweight/weighted strength training exercises all set to fun music.
  • SPINAn instructor will lead you through a simulated ``ride`` while changing the speed and resistance of your stationary bike. New to group fitness? This is a great place to start your fitness journey.
  • STEP Makes cardio fitness fun and challenging for all levels. Step up around and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing and strengthen your muscles.
  • TAI CHI An ancient Chinese exercise system that includes methods of sequenced movements derived from martial arts with graceful and smooth transitions to achieve a state of relaxation of body & mind. Participants will learn Tai Chi movements and forms as we build the sequence. Join us Saturdays in the Field House Court!
  • YOGAThis is where basic and foundational yoga postures are practiced to strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.
  • SENIOR CHAIR YOGA Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility balance and range of motion.
  • YIN YOGAA quiet and meditative practice with long holding of passive poses. Yin postures target the connective tissue nourishing joints and ligaments to promote the healthy flow of chi through using mindful muscle relaxation.
  • ZUMBATake the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity & high-intensity moves for interval style and calorie-burning dance fitness party.
Aquatic Fitness classes offer a safe, comfortable, and efficient way for people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels to get and stay fit.

The aquatic environment works nearly every muscle group in one workout, helping to build lean muscle tissue and burn body fat. Exercising in water is very low impact, allowing individuals to participate who might be physically unable to in a traditional exercise environment. No swimming skills are needed for any of our classes. And most of all…………it’s FUN!

  • AQUA BIKEBiking in the pool is a great option for those with knee issues or those who enjoy the cardiovascular workout of biking but also want to work the upper body and core. Meet by the pool office to set up your bike.
  • AQUA DANCEDance infused water fitness.
  • AQUA STEPThis fast paced aerobics class combines the excitement of a step-aerobics class with the resistance of the water. Participants will be stepping on step platforms designed to remain on the pool bottom.
  • AQUA OCEAN MOTIONJoin us in the cool water of the competition pool. Get a great cardio workout using various styles of water ambulation all while strengthening and toning.
  • AQUA WATER WALKINGEnjoy music and community during a low impact water walking class. It's a great way to stay active and stretch/move your joints!
  • AQUA ZUMBAIt's a dance party in the pool! Take the ``work`` out of the workout with low-impact moves for interval style and calorie-burning dance fitness in the water.
