Need more push from your workout, but not ready for one-on-one with a Personal Trainer? Need more motivation to reach your goals? Join our Small Group Training Tribe! Train as a team in our newly expanded fitness center! All sessions led by a certified Personal Trainer!


Why Small Group Training (SGT)?

  • More Personal Attention than Group Fitness Classes– Coaches are able see and correct form & help you work on proper technique
  • More Economical– Some people find that SGT fits into their budget better and still gives the attention needed compared to the cost of one-on-one Personal Training
  • Variety– Our coaches collaborate to design workouts that will change/evolve as your team progresses, preventing hitting a plateau and boredom.
  • Camaraderie– Let’s face it, workouts love company. Sharing the workout enhances the experience for participants.
  • Motivation– Having someone exercising right beside you can push you a little harder than you might do on your own.
  • Support– Both the Coaches and other participants are there to help you get through the challenges of the workout and the obstacles in life.
  • Greater Focus– There’s no time to let your mind wander with a Coach keeping tight programming and watching your every move.
  • Access to Private Facebook Group— We’ll share motivation, tips, and even online fitness content (ex: Sunday Stretch series, Travel workout tips, latest fitness research)
