Group Fitness classes offer a variety for all ages, fitness levels and skill. Please refer to our list of class descriptions below for more information on our programs.

  • LES MILLS BODYPUMPThe original barbell workout for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps) BodyPump™gives you a total body workout that burns calories by strengthening and toning each muscle group.
  • LES MILLS SH'BAMA fun-loving & insanely addictive dance workout for everyone. Your instructor will guide you through simple & sassy dance moves--all set to a party playlist. Come as you are and leave a star!
  • ABS & ARMS focuses on strength training for the core and upper body. A perfect complement for those who power through cardio workouts using predominantly lower body strength. We combine Pilates style moves for the core with a weighted workout for the upper body to provide balance to the body as a whole.
  • BARRE A soothing yet upbeat class of stretching and toning using influences from ballet. Fusing ballet moves with Pilates movements to form an elegant and effective full-body workout that will make you sweat; tone your muscles and centralize your balance.
  • CARDIO KICKBOXINGThis class will get beginners into shape & also challenge advanced athletes. Class format utilizes martial arts based kickboxing techniques to improve fitness and stamina along with a short abdominal workout at the end to complete your total body workout. No prior experience necessary.
  • CIRCUITS Your instructor offers stations of strength training or cardio positioned around the room. Participants spend a designated amount of time at each station before moving to the next. Get a full body workout!
  • FIRM & TONE /BODY BLAST Total body workout focusing on firming and toning for all levels using a variety of equipment.
  • FUSION Get the heart going and muscles burning with a blend or cardio and strength moves.
  • INDOOR CYCLE Led by an instructor who takes you through a simulated “ride” changing the speed and resistance of your stationary bike. New to group fitness? This is a great place to start your fitness journey!
  • INTERVAL STRENGTH Offers cardio and strength moves done in alternating intervals.
  • PILATES using traditional Pilates moves to combine breath controlled movements and stamina to strengthen and lengthen your core and posture.
  • STEP & STEP MOVES Use an elevated step platform to blast the legs and glutes to build cardio endurance & tone muscles. Bonus--following choreography is one of the best ways to prevent the onset of dementia later in life!
  • TAI CHI An ancient Chinese exercise system that includes methods of sequenced movements derived from martial arts with graceful and smooth transitions to achieve a state of relaxation of body & mind. Participants will learn Tai Chi movements and forms as we build the sequence. Join us Saturdays in the Field House Court!
  • TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING The optimal full-body workout that reaches even the weakest muscles on your body. Improve your overall strength and boost your cardiovascular capability. Become more athletic as you perform exercises tailored to all aspects your fitness. All levels welcome!
  • CHAIR YOGA A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support.
  • HATHA YOGA Includes the practice of yoga postures and breathing which help bring peace to the mind and body
  • YOGA BASICS Great for beginners or those who want to refresh themselves with Yoga
  • YOGALATES A fusion of Yoga and Pilates. Strengthen lengthen tone and bring balance to your body
  • YOGA STRETCH An instructor will guide you through relaxation and stretching sequences. Yoga experience not required.
  • ZUMBATake the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity & high-intensity moves for interval style and calorie-burning dance fitness party.
  • ZUMBA GOLDFor active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.
Aquatic Fitness classes offer a safe, comfortable, and efficient way for people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels to get and stay fit.

The aquatic environment works nearly every muscle group in one workout, helping to build lean muscle tissue and burn body fat. Exercising in water is very low impact, allowing individuals to participate who might be physically unable to in a traditional exercise environment. No swimming skills are needed for any of our classes. And most of all…………it’s FUN!

  • AQUA BIKEBiking in the pool is a great option for those with knee issues or those who enjoy the cardiovascular workout of biking but also want to work the upper body and core. Meet by the pool office to set up your bike.
  • AQUA CARDIO STRENGTHA class devoted to strengthening your whole body! We will use a variety of equipment in the shallow pool to work arms legs and core.
  • AQUA DANCEDance infused water fitness.
  • AQUA INTERVALThis aqua fitness class combines the benefits of aerobic conditioning and resistance training. Enjoy the class camaraderie as you work various muscle groups in the shallow water.
  • AQUA KICKBOXThis class incorporates basic martial arts movement with the resistance of the water. This total body cardiovascular work out will help increase your strength coordination endurance mental focus and physical flexibility.
  • AQUA NOODLEYou will be surprised how many exercises you can do in the pool with a noodle. Enjoy a fun creative workout in the shallow pool using… you guessed it! A noodle!
  • AQUA STEPThis fast paced aerobics class combines the excitement of a step-aerobics class with the resistance of the water. Participants will be stepping on step platforms designed to remain on the pool bottom.
  • OCEAN MOTIONJoin us in the cool water of the competition pool. Get a great cardio workout using various styles of water ambulation all while strengthening and toning.
