Almost every morning I show up at 6 am to do Small Group Training with these amazing people. Have done so for 6 months now and it's become one of my favorite parts of my day. It's painful and sweaty but I'm so much stronger now!

I was never one to like working out with other people because I’ve always had a lack of self-confidence, but the people in SGT are more than people you just workout with; they become like family. They’re there to motivate you, laugh with, and kick butt with.
OCS SGT is an amazing deal. The instructors are all knowledgeable and encouraging. The workouts never get easier, and that's a good thing. The instructors will modify any exercise to meet you where you are fitness wise. Group members are positive and supportive, and I also get a bonus ab workout from all the laughing. Highly recommend.
Accountability. It is deep, but it is true. Also, this group training structure forces me to do exercises I would NEVER do on my own. I am not a fan of lifting weights and find it quite boring. SGT has forced me to lift, and pushes me to levels I would never get on my own with my strength training.
