Arlene has been a consistent face of the Sportsplex over the past few years. With her background as a collegiate tennis athlete, along with her experience as a trainer and coach, she is excited to help Sportsplex members achieve their fitness goals. Arlene also offers private pickleball lessons and nutrition coaching.

Steven is from Durham, NC and grew up in Hillsborough, attending Orange High School. He is a former basketball player who enjoys coaching and personal training. He has a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals.

Joanne is a retired RN who worked in the OR at Duke University Hospital. She has always had a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals. Joanne really enjoys working with middle aged, to senior women, who are interested in strength training.

Trang is from Lancaster, PA and has lived in Hillsborough for 7 years with her family. She enjoys making connections with her clients and seeing them surpass their goals. Trang loves to cook, bake, and revamp recipes to make them healthier.

Her human-centered, education-first framework helps clients stabilize blood sugar, improve energy, and create sustainable habits without restriction.  It is her passion to help you overcome your mental blocks around diet-culture and unlearning cultural conditioning.
