Junior Fitness Certification

 

Does your teen or pre-teen feel ready to exercise on our cardio and weight training equipment? Then Junior Certification is the perfect program!  Sportsplex is excited to offer a Junior Fitness Certification program that teaches youth ages 13-15 proper weight training, fitness center etiquette, and safe use of cardio equipment. Students must complete two 2-hour training sessions and pass an exam successfully. A Junior Certified teen may use selected fitness equipment without direct parental supervision, and must wear his or her Junior Certification badge in the fitness centers.

**Participants must be on a Gold /Platinum Family or Parent + Child Membership**

Youth Small Group Training (age 12-15)

Coming soon! Are your teens/preteens interested in training during the off-season? Working towards athletic goals? Or just interested in a routine for health & fitness? OC Sportsplex is proud to expand our Small Group Training program to teens and preteens. A great and safe way for teens to get fitter, stronger, and be more confident in the gym. Training sessions are 45-minutes and led by certified personal trainers and limited to 8 participants per trainer in order to gain more personal attention to form and training needs.
