Starting Saturday, June 8th, Sportsplex is excited to offer Tai Chi as part of the regular Group Fitness Schedule.
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise system that includes methods of sequenced movements derived from martial arts with graceful and smooth transitions to achieve a state of relaxation of body and mind.
Participants will learn the Tai Chi movements and forms that will be applied in class as we build the sequence.
