Trang is from Lancaster, PA and has lived in Hillsborough for 3 years with her family. She enjoys making connections with her clients and seeing them surpass their goals. Trang loves to cook, bake, and revamp recipes to make them healthier.

Nutrition Coaching

ANNA SEETHALER

With a background in eating psychology Anna teaches that health doesn’t have to be complicated and that food is not your enemy. Anna is a Certified Eating Psychology Coach and graduated from both the Institute for the Psychology of Eating and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She has studied over 100 dietary theories, sports nutrition, and nutritional health at a cellular level.

Anna has worked in CrossFit gyms with athletes to maintain balance and improve digestive health. She has also traveled the country teaching health seminars, participated in the “shop with a nutritionist” program at Whole Foods, and has run some “pretty awesome” hands on kids classes to educate children about how to fuel their bodies and try new foods (and like them).

Anna is currently the head volleyball coach at Cedar Ridge High School and works with athletes and other individual and group clients who struggle finding balance with food and maintaining a positive body image. We’re excited to have Anna contribute to the SportsPlex vision of increased wellness in our community!
